A HOST of famous faces have set up camp on the Gold Coast for the summer holidays.

From homegrown movie star Margot Robbie and her husband and business partner Tom Ackerley to Sydney PR queen Roxy Jacenko, Australia’s Next Top Model 2010 winner Amanda Ware, model Erin McNaught and her Brit-muso husband Example, Hollywood A-listers in residence the Hemsworths and luxury-loving reality TV star Zana Pali — the Coast is the holiday host with the most.

Mick Fanning has been holidaying at his beachfront home with new girlfriend, American model Breeana Randall, while Stephanie Gilmore has also been in her element hanging out at the beach with friends.

Robbie and Ackerley have spent time dining out, surfing and catching up with friends including Mermaid Beach girl Ware and her boyfriend, filmmaker/director Jack Lawrence.

“Going to miss the Gold Coast so much! Had such an amazing holiday with my fam and @thecutroomfloor,” Ware captioned a picture of her sitting on a surfboard in a post on her Instagram account.

Lawrence, shooting director of the 2017 British & Irish Lions New Zealand Tour, captured some stunning images of Ware and pals Robbie and Ackerley on a DJI Mavic Pro drone during their Coast stay.

McNaught and Example (aka Elliot John Gleave), parents to infant son Ennio Stanley Gleave and his older brother Evander Maxwell, 3, hit the gym at Sanctuary Cove for a post-Christmas workout before they head south to join crowds at the Falls Festival Byron Bay.

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky are enjoying a fun family break at home in Broken Head while Jacenko, husband Oliver Curtis and their young children Pixie and Hunter have been living the dream at the Sheraton Mirage.

My Kitchen Rules star Pali and husband Gianni Romano are holidaying at Coolangatta before Pali opens her new Italian cafe in Melbourne.

Pali, who posted pictures of herself at Coolangatta beach in a Dolce & Gabbana designer bikini, and Romano are expected to stick around to attend the second star-studded Magic Millions Polo event at Doug Jennings Park, at The Spit, on January 7.
